I can see Ferelden being in roughly the right spot, and possibly Antiva/Rivain being approximately where one would expect to find Spain. But Orlais is French and the Anderfels is German and... well, I'm not sure what you think this proves. If you're suggesting that physically Thedas is an upside-down Europe that's... quite a stretch, to say the least.
