Hey sorry if this is in the wrong place/forum, but i wasn't really sure which forum i should ask this in.
I'm having some trouble getting DAModder to work on my computer (running windows 7 OS) and was wondering if anyone could either give me a step by step in depth guide of how to install it properly, or direct me / link such a guide. If more info is needed to explain my problem i will gladly provide it, but im really just looking for explicit instructions i can follow.
Thanks in advance !

Download. Extract to folder. Create shortcut to DAModder.exe on desktop. Double click shortcut to run. I have win7 and have no issues. (NOTE) requires .net 3.5 to be installed (available from Windows update).

lol that guide makes me look really really stupid, but thanks for help anyways.
And just one other small problem i've always had downloading mods for PC Games. Where do i make the Mod folder? Not really sure if there is a specific place to create the folder. Do i just make a Mod folder amidst the other folders in the program files for Dragon Age? Thanks again for helping me.

Ok disregard that previous post, dumb question and i quickly figured that out.
Unfortunately, I've encountered a very confusing problem with getting DAModder to work/run. I downloaded Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 Update for Windows 7 x86
(Windows6.1-KB958488-v6001-x86.msu 2.0MB was the version DL)
but i still can't get DAModder to work. Instead i get a message saying DAModder has stopped working the moment i try to open/run DAModder. I'll list the problem details below as maybe that will make the solution obvious to someone? idk ... anyways appreciate any help that i get. Thanks!

Try DAO-ModManager instead, functionality is very similar to DAModder.

im sorry to sound nubbish but i've done all that and my DAmodder won't work either when i try to install it and DAO-Modder just always gives me an error when i try to use it. my dao-modder says "an error occurred while reading DAmodder_Override.xml there are multible root elements. link 14299, position 2. they want the file repair?" and when i click yes it doesn't do anything but close the box and open the box again and if i click no it says"DAO-Moddmananager will not work properly!" can anyone offer any advice? im running windows 7 x64 i have .net 4.0 and i've done what ybantrawgm said.
