I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition on Steam, so it should have come with two extra quests and two rings and some armour and whatnot. Steam has given me a 4x4 alphanumeric code and a longer one without dashes, which I assume is just the CD Key for manual installation. I started the game, logged in with an EA account I have from some time ago. I go to Redeem code and copy and paste the 4x4 alphanumeric code in and it says: Unable to redeem code.

Whereas lots of others are having trouble installing, my code isn't even recognised (+Shouldn't there be more than 1 if I apparently have lots of DLC owed to me?). I paid an extra £10 for the Deluxe Edition but apparently that was a waste of money, unless the price of wallpapers has gone up exponentially. If anybody else has had a similar issue or even better found a fix, throw some help my way? Cheers.
