I believe that's because he wants to leave the crows, and having his hit squad killed off is a good cover for faking his own death? Why the heck else would he be so open about who he is and what he is up to?

She could be both religious and using the Chantry as a type of therapy to supress her dark rages and sadistic desires.

I can only hope my PC gets the chance to help her work those desires out.

He lets you think that everything is fine and in the moment when you need him the most he will
shove you a dagger in the back!
Why? Because for the Crows killing is a art. It would be easy to kill a grey warden with many helpers.
But theres no tragedy, no prowess and no poetry in it.

And thats why Zevran is superior to the bard. His art is killing. Shes killing For her art.

Zevran gets my vote (and it actually counts this time!!!). He's an assassin, murder is his trade. Sure an Orlesian bard can also function as an assassin of sorts, but they were more spies than anything.
