So far we him/her doing it with the Consort on the Presidium, the old Normandy's Captain's quarters, the new Normandy's engine room sublevel, tali's workstation, and his quarters in the "loft". Needless to say, he gets around.

Where else do you picture him/her also having fun in ME3 or elsewhere?

There aren't any confirmed tests of this that I know of, but this may be very difficult or physiologically impossible. Gravity aids and may be necessary for the blood flow needed for a male to get and sustain an erection.

Precisely.  If you can conquer the laws of physics for the sake of giggity, you are unstoppable.  Also, as Mordin advised, "creative use of mass effect fields."

, I won't try to answer that on how that works, but I will say that blood pressure does not need gravity to work for that.

The body is an amazing machine, I will point out that you can drink water upside down and in zero-g, so yeah
