Just what it says on the tin. Who are your favorite recurring characters in Mass Effect? By that, I mean characters like Conrad Verner or Shiala who have tiny parts but a lot of personality. People who might have shown up in Mass Effect 1 and 2 and have ongoing stories, or people who might have appeared in ME2 but who you'd like to see more of.

If there's someone you definitely don't want to see again, hit me with that, too.

ME1 dudes: Hackett and Refund Guy.  Also, one more Conrad joke.  And, if the turian councilor is still alive, please let us "ah yes reapers" him.  Please.  Oh, and Morlan's many good supplies.  I also sort of miss Dr. Mitchell.

ME2: Turian groundskeeper and his "funny bumps" line that was unfortunately cut.  Salarian games salesman.  Blasto and Elcor Hamlet.  Batarian prophet.  KAL'FRIGGIN'REEGAR.

You know what? EVERYONE FROM ME1. The ME2 characters didn't hit it off as well, in my opinion. Some are good though.
