Gianna Parasini had a very decent mini story-arc between the first two games, maybe expand on that? Plus, Anoleis, the director at Port Hanshaan on Noveria, was a great character. Absolutely disgusting, but fun at the same time.



Shiala, seem to be a fan favorite.

I hope the poor guy wanting a return on his part finally gets it in this game, after being given a runaround in the first two.



More Kal'reegar - hell, more Adam Baldwin in any role - would be nice.



I'd like to find out what happened to Pallin - is he still running C-Sec, despite its human face?



I missed Admiral Hackett in ME2. I hope we - I guess hear from him, since we never saw him in the first one!

I really want to get to see samara's other daughters...there's two of them right? So like...depending on whether you let samara or morinth live, it would be interesting if they had conflicting oppinions. Maybe one thought her mom was out of control with killing morinth, while the other would totally flip out after discovering morinth killing and disguising herself as samara.

Khalisah bint Sinan al-Jilani - if only for the beautiful name.
Oriana - I'd like to hear her speak. And give her a non-generic model.
Chorban - with more like him, the Reapers wouldn't have stayed a myth for so long.

Does Admiral Hackett count as 'recurring'? I mean, technically we did get that nice email from him with the Normandy Crash Pack.



I liked Harkin though (although when he said: "What the hell did I do to you?" I thought "You mean, besides repeatedly trying to kill me, eventually sending two YMIR mechs?") but my favourite was definitely Udina simply because my Shephard indoctrination field doesn't appear to work on him.
