Definitely like to see the return of Hackett (in person this time, modelled off Lance!) as his voice was sorely missed in ME2. I wouldn't mind if he plays a big role in the game before the Reaper invasion of Earth and the Arcturus fleet gets obliterated, along with Hackett. Would make a really nice emotionally charged character death. Especially seeing as how pretty much everyone loves Hackett. Or maybe if you're smart enough you can save him..? Choices choices.
Aside from Hackett, I'd like to see the consort again, maybe a brief cameo by Emily Wong, Conrad Verner, Shiala and...
... THE COUNCIL! Come on Bioware, bring the council back! I saved their ****-asses and all I got was a lousy 20 second meeting where they didn't believe me.

For me, it's probably Conrad. For some reason, I'd kinda like to see that asari bartender on Ilium again... thought she was kind of a hardened, disillusioned person, and quite frank too.



Oh, and yeah, I don't really know if he is sorta confirmed already, what with the latest comic and all, but captain Bailey is really cool!

Hacket - must have face to connect to voice

Conrad Verner - because he is conrad verner

Emily Wong - for a non violent interview

Khalisah al-Jilani - for a violent interview

Parasini - she is simply nice

Helena blake and Aria - for crime syndicate connections

Toombs - hoping for more focus and variance regarding choices of origin (spacer, earth-born and colonist)

Balak - because there were times I didn't kill him

Urz - because I thought I'd lost him in the fight pit today and felt sad. Then I went to the infirmary and there he was

Hannah Shepard - want to meet mom

Kal Reegar - he had a missile launcher

Bailey - he reinstated me



I think the ones below will appear but I'll mention them also:

The normandy crew. No need to disband the crew, just use them again. Past squadmates. The council (no point in saving them if I don't see them again). Anderson and Udina.



Rachni queen and the rachni. Want to see their ships and their battle prowess. Maybe their toxic homeland.



The quarian admirals and the flotilla be it at war with the geth or in peace.

Dr. Chloe Michel & The Consort were two of my favorite recurring characters.
I personally do not like Tali and do not care to see her be left out of the story (which I know will never happen because the Talimancers would most likely stage a riot). But I can easily remove her from my story.

I already put my two cents in this thread, but am I the only one who prefers not to see Hackett's face? He's like Tali in a way - the mystery is part of his character.

I mentioned in another thread that if BW did a UNC pack of Missions, I'd only be interested if I got to meet Hackett. So no, you're not alone.

Hmm, if I had to list a top ten of fave 'recurring characters' it would probably be the list below.

1. Admiral Hackett - Hoping he is back in vocal form in ME3 and we get to see him (should look like Lance Henriksen too I think)

2. TIM - Not bothered reading through all the pages, but if that 'list' done by Rose is taking into account all of the names people have listed, am stunned no one has listed TIM. He's just oozing character and I hope we get to see him more of him.

3. Aria T'Loak - Pirate Queen needs to return, I'd even go as far to say she is the 'Lando' of the series, so maybe she'll be a squadmate in ME3

4. Ken, Gabby and the rest of the Normandy SR2 crew - Named the first two as they are my favourites, but I like all the others that speak too as it helps make the Ship feel populated rather than the majority of the crew that were on the original Normandy that never spoke. Also Chakwas owes me a bottle of Serrice Ice Brandy

5. Khalisah al-Jilaini - I can't help but think that punching her could come back to bite Shep in the butt, but either way always nice to put reporters in their place when they try to stir stuff up

6. Emily Wong - The yin to Khalisah's yang, a reporter that I think would like helping Shep rather than trying to stir up trouble

7. The Council (human and alien) - Want to see the latter for obvious reasons most people like to talk of *does airquotes* and want to see the former so at least one of my Sheps can rip their balls out and feed them to a Krogan (if they have any balls that is )

8. Anderson/Udina - It would be an OUTRAGE! if they weren't in ME3

9. Gianna Parasini - "Ya know kid, this could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship" = Shep + Parasini

10. Shiala - Could give us a better insight into 'indoctrination' and it would be nice to see choices have more of a matter than a slightly altering cameo.

Just etching out of my top 10 chart would be Rana... but that is because part of me wants to see that choice come bite my Sheps that let her go bite them in the butt.
