I liked the Asari matriarch bartender.



Recurring characters are interesting but I hope we see places such as the presidium from part 1 or any of the new locales from part 2 in the third part.

Matriarch Aethyta - probably my favorite asari



Khalisah Bint Sinan al-Jilani- I want to punch her just one more time. Or at least have a dialogue option where you just raise your fist to make her flinch or runaway



Finally Conrad Verner and Refund Guy for the lulz they bring to the games.

Verner irritates me, but he's a good recurring character. Garrus and Tali (obviously) are good recurrings as well. And Wrex =D

Liara's a funny one. I didn't like her at all in ME1, but now she seems to have grown up, and I thought she was great in LotSB, and can't wait to see her Shadow Broker role be expanded upon in ME3 (hopefully)

And if anyone at BioWare has a heart (or sense of humour) we will be able to punch that goddamn irritating reporter again

Khalisah al-Jilani - for a change of pace, she should lay Shepard flat if he/she tries the same again.

Non-recurring characters that should be in ME3:

Sha'ira - pretty significant character IMO when you consider her link to the prothean ruin on Eletania.
Aethyta - just an overall "badass" character that seems like she has a lot more depth than they let on in ME2. Explore that in ME3, if possible.
Lorik Qui'in - One of my favorite turians... cool and class is rare among them. Even though he was only in ME1 (oh noez!), I can see him having a role as Synthetic Insights liaison in ME3. Their AI research might prove useful and he just seems like someone with the kind of contacts that can come in handy.

Rana Thanoptis! She's my favourite asari, I like her markings and I enjoy the fact that she is an 'ethics for sale' type of character. I'd love to see her working in Conrad's charity in ME3, just for a laugh



Of course that involves Conrad returning, I enjoyed shooting him in the foot.



Then there's Feron (if comics and the dlc count him as recurring) and Parasini.



I'd like to hear from Matsuo too, I thought she was awesome.

Lieutenant Marie Durand from UNC: Listening Post Alpha is a character that would be fun to meet again. Shaira the Consort, the Council(a serious meeting with them, but if you want to have some humour in it at least make it so that Shepard is the one that gets owned by the Turian Councillor), Hackett, Conrad Verner, Refund Guy, Matriarch Aethyta.
