I hate to be so broad or unspecific... But honestly I liked all of the recurring characters that appeared in both games, and I would love to see all of them return in ME3.



Shiala, Refund Guy, Conrad, Fist, Helena Blake, and so on. Even the ones who were indirect, such as: Admiral Hackett, Shepard's Mother, The Consort, Chorban... The list is very long.



Even the little things such as recurring minor characters deepens the gameplay and makes it feel like the littlest things you did in past games amounted to something in the future. You're known for making arguably the most immersive games in existence, BioWare, and these little things just add to it.

I would say Conrad Verner but the screw up in the save file made me angry at it.

I loved that rejected krogan on Okeer's recruitment mission. I never see anyone talk about him. Hoping hed have a role in ME3. Idk what about him strikes me, he was just so loyal and depressed, very interesting character.

I really like Admiral Hackett. Lance Henriksen is just so awesome he doesn't even need his character to actually appear. I hope he returns in ME3.



Gianna Parasini is a cool character too and I enjoyed seeing her again on Illium.



And of course Conrad Verner. Too bad he was glitched in ME2. Why oh why did BioWare let this happen to him?

Conrad Verner is easily my favorite. Y'know I was a little ticked I couldn't fulfill his request in ME1. I know he'd suck at *vague non-spoilery task* but to have that quasi-stalker flying around the galaxy with me would be more than awesome.

Hackett is a boss, no two ways about it. Can we please MEET him in ME3!?! Rounding out my top three is Lorik Qui'in. Favorite non-main character Turian.

Also, other people!- Refund Guy really needs that refund. Kirrahe should hold another line or two

Not sure if it counts but the non-essential crew members from ME2 as well as all of the major faces(TIM, Reegar, and Aria)

Gianna and Shiala are pretty popular and I certainly wouldn't mind seeing them.

Does Wrex count since he was not a squadmate in ME2? If so him. (though please Bioware bring him back as a squadmate in ME3)

If not Conrad is my favorite recurring character.

Gianna P. and Conrad would be great too.
I also really enjoyed Bailey, the C-Sec Captain.

EDIT:  Shiala would be a great side romance, kind of like Kelly in ME2... at the very least.

Oh that guys named Billy? I really would like a few episodes dealing with his crimes maybe Shep goes home and finds a body in there with his name carved on it a present from Billy then he later captures Shep and we have to get out and then kill (ren) or capture (para) him. I hope that guy isn't lost sense how often do you get emails from freakish serial killers? Plz get this guy a multi objective mission for ME3 and don't drop the ball on the scariness and disterbia like Mornith! Watch some horror crimes or something bring the horror BW.
