Tali, Tali and uh, oh yea, Tali. I also like seeing Ashley who I think is a under appreciated character. I hope she has a bigger role in ME3. She plays the jarhead character perfect. Emily Wong for the humor too, I just love putting her in her place!

Mis "you made me cry" Justakar. That scene when you try to "romance" her mostly.

The asari matriarch bartender was always a standout. Conrad Verner never really appealed to me that much.

I'd love to see more Kal'Reegar, if it's not too difficult to get a hold of Adam Baldwin again. Then again, I'm a big 'Chuck' fan, so Yvonne Strahovski and him were great additions (now we just need a character voiced by Zachary Levi!)
