hackett, kirrahee shiala, reegar and the council. putting too many recurring cameos in would spoil the game though, by making the universe seem far too small to be realistic - the chances of bumping into any of these people again, if not for specific reasons is quite slim (plus some - parasini, helena blake etc could all be dead).

edit: bumping into someone like matsuo wouldn't be too bad if you specifically went back to noveria, but no "everyone turning up on the citadel conveniently" moments, please.

Definately some underused military/security types to head Reaper counter-assaults. Namely, Maeko Matsuo and Captain Ventrallis. Oh and Kirrahe and Kal Reegar (if they're alive, obviously).

Then of course the givens of Shiala and Gianna.

Would be nice to have a reunion with Dr. Michel and Garrus too.

Klimy also brought up an awesome one in the form of Vigil. His voice was very mysterious and combined with the Illos soundtrack gave a definate sense of awe at what was unfolding. More galaxy spanning secrets must be revealed!

I really liked Emily Wong and Admiral Hackett. Can't really think of anyone I don't want to see - all I'd say is PLEASE no more issues like the Conrad Verner bug. If you can't do it properly, don't do it at all.

Hannah Shepard- Her person would be difficult because she would have to look like your character, but hey, why not

Conrad Verner- I want to see if he actually took our advice or not to finally stop being 'badass hero'

Well, the Mass Effect series would not be the same without Conrad Verner and Khalisa Al Jilani (the punch-bag reporter), so I hope we'll see them again.

It would be good to meet Gianna Parasini and Shiala, too.

The Refund Guy is funny, but I thought he was more an easter-egg than a real NPC.

My favourite recurring characters are Shiala, Conrad Verner (for the sheer hillarity he offers) and for ME3, I'd like to see more of Aria T'loak, Kal'Reegar, and that The Turian gun salesmen from the citadel in ME2. He cracks me up. Maybe captain Kirrahe too.

To clarify, ME1 makes it seem that anyone and anything within the blast radius will be toast - including Rana - which makes me view the "Paragon" option as rather cruel. Which, of course, makes me like it. Then surprise, surprise, she not only pops up in ME2 perfectly whole and hale, but cannot be killed.

Conrad Verner and Shiala are my favorite. Definitely want to see them again.

I want to see more of Lia'Vael, and learn what happens to her. Same with the slave quarian on Illium.

I also want to see Balak again, and see what he's doing. Is he still a terrorist? Or is he a janitor on some backwater planet, trying to make a living because too many people want him dead?

And Maeko Matsuo from Noveria. I'd be interested in learning what happened to her.

I just did a quick scan of the thread and it seems Admiral Hackett alone was included in a little over 40% of the posts in here (so far). Pretty impressive, considering the number of recurring characters we've met.

Admiral Hackett! I really want to meet him. He's one of the very few Alliance men I felt had Shepard's interests at heart, as well as understanding the gravity of the situation. Captain Anderson lost a few points for me with his lack of trust, even if I understood. Hackett just helped out.

I'm also really interested in seeing squaddie's family members, like Oriana or Aethyta or Kolyat or Garrus' sister. I hope they don't just vanish.
