Is this from the start of the game or middle?  Of course some girls do look older, have a niece whose parents thought about writing "jail bait" on her forehead when she was 15.  She looked like she was a freshman in college.

Really?  It's by no means unheard of, and I wouldn't even say it's particularly uncommon.

Probably because they don't actually know and are leaving it up to the player to decide for themselves.

Good point being the start of the game which I think it is.  I'd guess Bethany and Carver to be 18-20 with Hawk at anywhere from 21-25. 23- 25 seems a good bet.

Indeed ... But Megan fox(the transformer) ain't in every highschool.Haven't met any 15 years old girl that i though were 20-25.Unless they dress  up like Pamela Anderson with 15 tons of Makeup .

How old is Hawke? My guess is he/she is as old as you want him/her to be.. That is unless the devs give us a number.

No, it's unimportant, like I said in my post.

This is a game where the player creates their character and RPs as them. Age is important to RPers. Most of the ages in Origins are unknown, there's no reason DA 2 should be any different. If you want some thing to rage about in terms of "lack of information" I suggest you compare the flow of DA 2 info to that of TOR. We're spoiled in comparison for information.

One of the advantages of a violent profession like Hawke's is the steady supply of teeth one can choose to benefit from.

 eh, what? How did you come to that conclusion? There are no official ages for any of the Wardens in Origins, just that they were such and such’s younger/older brother/sister. Shep also does not have an official age as far as I am aware.

In fact the only rpg characters I can think of that have official ages are the characters from the Finial Fantasy series.

One of the points of a rpg like Dragon Age is that you can make your character look like any age you want.

Its pretty rare from my personal experiences, the opposite actually happens more often, someone older looking younger than their age.  Its how some people are; even at 25 they still look like teenagers, say the latest that phenomenon has lasted would be around 28 where the occasional person could pass for someone in their teens and thats pretty unlikely.

But she "could" be 16-17 especially factoring the video game models are supposed to be basically one size fits all aren't they, excepting for Aveline's arms?
