You've got this in the wrong section of the forums. Off-topic would be more appropriate, as this isn't really Mass Effect related.
And as for whatever an Xpad is, I'm clueless. Perhaps a search on google could aid you better?

its a freeware program that lets you use a gamepad with almost every PC game instead of keyboard and a mouse, even if it doesnt support gamepads.
