Heyo:
I'm trying to install mods for DA:O characters, and am having trouble figuring out the basic stuff. What exactly is a toolkit, and how do I go about accessing it so I can slap on some new hair for my girl?
I know its a boring and base question, but any help or even a pointer to a fixed thread explaning this would be awesome. THank you guys

You can use the toolset to edit a character. But only if you used the toolset to create the character in the first place. and still have the morph file.
If not, then unless you made the character in the standalone character creator ans saved the chr file, the only way to change the hair is to rename the hair mesh file. which is a bit complicated and a rather bodged way of doing it
