i just noticed that the camp merchant has upgraded my warden commanders armor that i had sold him, it was originaly silverite and now its all dragonbone.
I was wondering if anyone figured out how this works, does it work on all items? or just certain stuff?
What effects it? your level or time?

It works on most items, but certainly not all. I know I tried to upgrade my Family Sword but that didn't work. Basically what you do is, you sell them the item you wish to upgrade. Then you quicksave, then quickload, and check to see if it has been upgraded. It upgrades some items randomly so you may have to keep at it. I managed to get a nice heavy chainmail of steel in Ostagar for Alistair before I went into the wilds, it was nice.

Thanks, ill have to try that, i caught it cause i had sold my warden commanders armor long ago because it was steel or something low, then way later i was looking at the camp merchant and i was going whoa why the heck did i sell that? the boots and armor are dragonbone but the gloves were silverite, then came back later and bang the gloves were dragon too.

The Merchant in the Warden's Keep will eventually end up selling Teir7 weapons and armor, the weapons having no green stats, but with 3 rune slots.

yeah i know merchants start selling high end stuyff, but certain unique items seem to upgrade after you sell them to them too.
