I think Warrior, Rogue, and Mage will have 3 specs but they are more detailed from what I've been reading. I think I read that Rogue is getting Shadow, Duelist, and Assassin. But I think it may still be speculation and not fact at this point.

One point that I think potentially adds quite a lot of depth is being able to improve an individual talent in addition to getting new ones. More options and more flexability.
