I redeemed the code on the Bioware site and see it has been added to my list of DLC on the Cerberus Network, but every time I try to downlaod it, I get a message saying: "This content is not available on the Marketplace. Please try again later". Trying to access it through my download history presents me with the following error code: 807B01F4
I should add that I am in South Africa where Live was only recently officially introduced and as such a lot of Marketplace content has not been added since it all needs to be classified for age restriction by the local Film and Publications Board before it can be made available.
However, practically all of ME2's DLC is alread on the Marketplace, with the exception of a few Avatar items, so I don't know what the problem could be other than it not having been reviewed by the FPB yet but even so, would it be eligible since it is not content directly linked to the Marketplace? I have already called Xbox support and they couldn't provide an explanation.
