Hi guys.
Okidokie, so I just bought Mass Effect 2 for my PC.
Would you know it, my laptop has all the specs, except for the fact that it's an INTEL card.
Anybody know what I could do to make the game work with an Intel 4500M? Possibly using 3d-analyzer?
I know, I know. Intel cards aren't supposed to work. But c'mon, there's gotta be a way.

There is no guarantee that Mass Effect 2 can work on Intel graphics. In fact, the general guarantee is that Intel graphics will not work.
But yes, some people have found a way to get it to work, using modded, unofficial drivers. Here's a Youtube video of the game running on those drivers, with a link to the drivers in the video description: It looks absolutely dreadful, but it works, apparently.
These drivers are not made by Intel, so use at your own risk!

Although I admit you are probably right, the question then is why should there be some tricksy fakery of a workaround such as 3Danalyze? Intel doesn't care about games, and (IMO) anyone who makes the choice of not buying a decent video graphics card must not really care about games, either, the way it looks to me, else, those persons would spend the time and the cash to get something designed to be useful, instead of just ordinary Intel video garbage.
Sorry, but disrespect is all that Intel deserves.
If you think I'm too harsh, I regret that you are upset, but I've been gaming with computers for 35 years or so, and I've known Intel very well in that time. You'd better look at this, from the DAO forum:

Now, after that much negativism, and no, I can't say anything good at all about any Intel video, if you want to torture yourself with muddy graphics and jerky animation, you can do it, I am sure. Be warned that the interaction system is tied directly to a feedback function from the graphics system that will fail frequently at the best frame rates that Intel's chips are able to reach.

^Actually that's the bad video quality. Playing the game it looks pretty decent and the framerate ismuch better than the vid (by about 10 frames).

Mmm, yeah, Pavel's site. >.> He had the drivers I needed. The issue was I have 64 bit. His 64 bit link crashed and he lost the driver. >.<

Also, Pavel's drivers only work if you have 3GB RAM. And they don't work with custom-built drivers.
