Why can't I access technical PC support forum?

So I can't access the forum and I need help with the game, it keeps crashing and I can't find a proper solution. Wondering is there something I missed? Since I can access all other forums except the Dragon Age Origins Technical PC Support forum. :mellow:

I am having the same issue. This is the message I get when I try to enter the PC support forums :

'You requested an invalid category or you do not have permission to view this forum.'

Oddly enough, I can access the 360 and PS3 support forums, which do me no good at all.

My specific problem is I cannot install the Stone Prisoner or Darkspawn Chronicles DLC.  Have had a BSOD twice now while installing the both of them, and now they won't even redownload evan after I have cleared the download cache.

EDIT **  After posting this, I was magically able to enter the support forums.  Perhaps there is a post count check or something?  Who knows...

/sigh still can't access it myself, bloody annoying crashes with the game. I can't find any proper solution, the game just stops working. :(

It's been screwed up off and on all afternoon; no one has posted any new problem there that I have seen, since just after lunch time (CDT), and nearly every occasion in that period that I attempted to reload / refresh the main index, that lying error message has greeted me.  Once it required 18 attempts before it acted as if it was reloading, taking a couple of minutes total.  Just now, I paused for five minutes after the first such stupidity, and came back, so that the total of six ties to reload consumed over five minutes. 

Here is where to discuss the problem about the web site, or else complain to EA on their Help site, one or the other.

For the second of you, I personally have no suggestion for you, other than contacting EA.  My internet connection is part of a cable company package of land line phone, standard cable TV channels, and a "budget" version of Internet that is a lot better than a dial-up, but definitely not a normal kind of "broadband", so I do not buy digital game copies, nor do I accept anything in the way of added download content with some kind of network limitation applied to it (so I won't purchase the "Ultimate" edition, as that still ties me to this very, extremely buggy web site in order to use my expansion / addition).

I've posted a query in the Tech Forum to find out if others tried, and failed, like the two of you have, to post in the Tech Forum.  If they can't post there, maybe they will post here instead, in this particular thread.  And when you do access the place, include enough information to work with, if you are serious about an answer.

Yeah, must have been internal forum problems. I have since been able to enter the support forums and am currently (hopefully) fixing my issue. Thanks.
