Done and done, thank God for that, thought I would miss out again. Payment took a couple of minutes to go through though, but nothing as bad as this morning. Be patient and you should get yours.

Supposedly entering your zip code on the shipping estimates page helps with that.

Try entering your zip code for the estimated shipping. I know it sounds stupid, but some people think it helped. Keep trying everyone!
