check your emails, I never made it to the final checkout page but i got three emails from treehouse and i sent a message off two cancel two asap

Has anyone contacted their customer support about the timeouts? If so, did they offer any compensation for their half assed servers?

Yeah, same story here except I was more fortunate.  I kept refreshing and never saw the "Out of Stock" message go away.  Finally clicked on Miranda anyway and checked out.  Got really lucky with my timing, I guess.

Since there are so many sad pandas, I'd like to shamelessly quote myself and emphasize once more:

Try to check out in a few minutes (sometimes works even 25 or more minutes later) later, when Treehouse might have added some lithos from more-than-1-orders back to the stock. 
Worked definitely with Tali. More than once.

i had five tabs open in my browser: one with this forum, one with a current MST clock ticking away (it actually was in stock a few minutes before 5, my email, one of the art section of the bw story and one specifically of the miranda litho.

I had it too...I was at the proceed to check out and I was like...GO CONTINUE!....and then "could not finish order" then some message saying that not enough, please reduce quantity to proceed to check out

I got two order e-mails as well; sent in a ticket to have one of them canceled. So maybe that's one more that will pop up in the store for someone.

Yeah, you do. I didn't even remember that until now. So I logged out and looked... Yeah, it's correct. But still no emails. So strange.

I didn't even get an email TELLING ME I signed up.

Whew, I thought I missed out because my browser was hanging when I clicked on the checkout, but I got the confirmation email!

So if I accidentally ordered multiples I should have gotten multiple confirmation emails immediately correct?

firefox - i switched over from IE last month when it was acting up and it took forever to load. in hindsight it feels like i just dodged a bullet with that

Well, it is quite unlikely that they already shipped the ordered litho so the absence of a tracking number should be fine.^^
All you should see is a date, an order ID and 'Pending Fulfillment'. And if you click on the date, you see your order. 


edit: To the Firefox users out there: Just use Chrome.
