Hi! i need help with my mass effect! It used to run well, until i reinstalled my computer. The game takes 2-3 minutes to load past the splash screen, then there is a texture issue where the eyes on humans is black and so is the Mako on Port Hanshan in Noveria. The game has worked on this computer before, but i don't know whats the problem. 
My ME PC info:
Version info: 1.02
DLCs: Both

PC Specs:
Windows 7 Pro
ATI Radeon HD 4650 (1GB)
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5000+ 2.60 GHz
3GB RAM
400 GB Storage (33.2 GB remaining)
DX 11

This is an old question that was covered before, both in here and the ME-2 Tech forum.  I don't recall the answer exactly.  You have to use Dx9 as well as Dx10 / Dx11, and use a good video driver, and the game has to install without any complications.  One of those three is screwed up.  Look up some of the archives and see if there is more in any of those (particularly ME-2).
