If you email in asking for combine shipping I'm sure they'd do it, I've done it before.

Everyone who got the "Your Order Was Not Placed. While you were checking out, the
operator of this business changed the price or availability of the
shipping method you selected." message should check their accounts. I got that message twice and I have two Miranda orders in my account.

If you actually can get an order through later, I think you can submit a case to have them combined.

damnit. I had those liths in my basket and running through the checkout literally seconds after they went up. Half an hour later, the page to accept my payment (after logging into paypal and confirming address) is still submitting. The website's lag means that it is no longer first-come first-served, which means the store fails in its purpose. To be fair to those buying, Treehouse needs to have a store that can handle the kind of numbers coming to buy from it.

Submit a case, include both orders numbers, be polite and they will combine it for you.

I got that message, but the only e-mail I received was for Legion only.

Hey Bioware store keeps cr@**ing out those errors. I second that i missed Tali because of that. And because of that my collection of lithos is not full, which makes me super mad. Is it that hard to fix the problem?

Just curious here... do several of you who are receiving the store errors have an excellent internet connection? Also, do you live in the U.S.? I'm not sure if either of those would make a difference or not.



The whole "getting cheated" feeling (even when you placed your order within the first 10 seconds) must suck. Hopefully all of you will have better luck during tonight's release. Perhaps it will be better if you only shoot for Miranda first and then score Legion afterward (or as someone stated, use 2 separate windows).

If by using two separate windows, you mean placing two orders at the same time, that is NOT going to help. Also it's pretty unlikely that adding both Legion and Miranda is causing the issue here.

I was just going by what shalin8th said: "ok, miranda went through me. I had two windows open, one for miranda, the other for legion. didnt put them in the cart at the same time. waiting on legion now"

If it worked for one person, then it may work for others.

Are the people having problems trying to pay with PayPal? That might be an issue to consider.

I believe it was also mentioned that the shipping issue errors were sometimes fixed by typing in your postcode/zipcode when it asks for one at the first ordering screen.



Perhaps something to try if you are attempting to grab a litho in the next window?

I have super fast internet, tried to pay with CC and also when that failed 5 times, switched to paypal. That failed twice, got leagon, with CC after maranda sold out. I am in California if that info helps anyone

I live in NYC and have FiOS. So i doubt that the issues are coming from my end.
