Open a case with support and ask them to cancel one of the orders for you.

I wouldn't cancel your order, least you lose them both. As this is limited to one per customer, they will remove one when they take a look at the orders.Ruthless Xero wrote...

I have to really sympathize for people who missed out. I tried earlier as well and today was definitely an exercise in frustration. I hit the error 5 or 6 times before I got mine the second time around (not to mention the no go earlier). I'm not sure what measures they can take to fix the problem but I really feel like some deserving people were given the shaft.
