Open a case with support and ask them to cancel one of the orders for you.

I wouldn't cancel your order, least you lose them both.  As this is limited to one per customer, they will remove one when they take a look at the orders.

The same thing happened to me last time. I asked them to cancel one and they did, but they probably will on their own since it's one per customer.

Keep in mind that there will be atleast a few cancelations, so if you're heart is set on getting one, keep refreshing the page to see if one pops back into inventory. Grats to all those who got one.

Oh yes! I got Miranda just before it sold out. For some reasons it gave me the "It's out of order" screen, but then I got an email just a few seconds later saying that my order is confirmed. Not sure if I should be worried or not. Hmmm..

In the first sale today, I got the "While you were checking out, the operator of this business changed the price or availability of the shipping method you selected." message twice, but both orders went through perfectly fine. If you got this message now, check you email and account page on the store.

I have to really sympathize for people who missed out. I tried earlier as well and today was definitely an exercise in frustration. I hit the error 5 or 6 times before I got mine the second time around (not to mention the no go earlier). I'm not sure what measures they can take to fix the problem but I really feel like some deserving people were given the shaft.

With that error I think it's just random if the last time you submit before it sells out goes though in time. I got the error thrice and I never got a confirmation at the end.

Short of making double the amount or charging double the amount, I'm not sure there is anything that can be done. We're talking about an item that sells out within a handful of minutes... there are going to be a lot of ppl that miss out. It's just the way it is. I love that Bioware offers these items at such a nice price and hope they don't change. I'm not sure if it's a store issue or just a traffic issue - if you have a thousand ppl trying to order the same item at the same time and there's only 500 of them... it makes sense there's errors.

So I bought Legion using my Paypal, and have two Miranda through my CC. How exactly would I go about getting one of the Miranda's cancelled and combining the shipping for the remaining Miranda and Legion? I really don't want to chance it on them cancelling one because it'll overdraw my account if they don't.

Ask them to do it through the Contact Support page. Just be sure to give them the order numbers.

To anyone who didn't get their order through, remember to keep reloading the item pages for when duplicate orders are canceled and they're put back into stock.

I got the error for Miranda and by the time I got back to the page it was sold out! BUT I did get the Legion one so I'm not so bummed!
