Updated my e-mail to them telling them which order # to keep, which to cancel, and which to combine shipping with. Just to give me some piece of mind. Though I'm absolutely terrified to look at my checking account.

Maybe give registered users priority, it isn't like there is a shortage of people to snatch them up from that group. And keep track of the litho numbers. Well, it is about 6:30 PM there, most offices close by then. If they have any more duplicate orders to go through it might not be until monday or maybe tomorrow.

Good point poofy. So, we've seen at least 3-4 canceled order appear in the store so far. I'm guessing there will be more? It doesn't help that people who get their orders through mash the submit button and essentially take up twice the available pool of lithos at release. Then it just comes down to random luck on who camps the store page the most for the next few hours as they trickle back in.

So I'm just gonna not worry about it until Monday then. I don't even know why I hit refresh, when I did though I checked my e-mail and saw that it went through and tried to stop the other one by changing the order but that went through as well. I had to do Paypal for Legion cause it said there was an issue with my credit card, and now I've gotta worry about them cancelling one and combining the shipping for the other two.

Should be pretty easy to check if multiple orders are being shipped to the same address from multiple accounts. It may not be wrong to do what you want with what you order - but the 1 per person limit should be enforced, one would assume.

Alright, I can rest a little easier now. The status on one of my orders is "Closed" which is a hugh relief, and my Grunt shipped today!

But why if some members here have legitimate family members (e.g. siblings living in the same house) that may also want to order the same litho?

I think a more fair way, is to see and not allow multiple store accounts that are using the SAME credit card (and subsequently that has the same name, especially to prevent a person from using different credit cards but with the same name, to create multiple store accounts) or paypal account.

They could take this a step further, and make sure the associated name on the paypal account isn't the same as the credit card.  This could help prevent someone from creating two accounts, one with a CC and the other with a paypal account.

Yes, cause I'm sure Mom, Dad, little sister, cousin ralph and uncle joe are all sitting around the computer, anxiously awaiting the chance to purchase a Miranda lithograph. Fun for the whole family!

rizen33- Excellent idea. I know a group of 4 guys who live in the same house and they are all equally obsessed with Mass Effect. I'm sure that any of the members writing in this thread would love to volunteer to spend an extra hour checking credit card names, etc. (No sarcasm.)

Just curious though, is there a restriction right now limiting 1 litho per address?

I'm sure that the people abusing the system (if they are) are using multiple credit cards (all under the same name) and if there is an address restriction, sending it to different places. Could be wrong.

Keep an eye on your mail/doors people. Mine just shipped. Looks like they used UPS, at least for me, so I imagine they're trying their best to get them to everyone before the holiday.

I recently got my 2 pack, and oddly enough my Miranda litho is not numbered. Although it is still signed by the artist. I am assuming it is #59 because my Legion litho is #59.

Got my Legion today (number 2), but Miranda was not in the box... I ordered them at the same time, but not as a two pack. I'll wait till after Christmas to see if that Litho shows up, if not I guess I have to contact the store.

My Miranda and Legion lithos arrived today. Pristine condition, however, I was a little concerned that there wasn't any cardboard backing on either side of the shipment. Just the plastic sleeves, some tape, and the cardboard box they were shipped in. My single Thane that I got in November arrived sandwiched in cardboard.
