I don't see why there couldn't be some way to try and combat the ebay seller scourge. Maybe give registered users priority, it isn't like there is a shortage of people to snatch them up from that group. And keep track of the litho numbers. A number from a registered user shows up on ebay, no more sales to them. Businesses have the right to refuse service, don't they?
Just a heads up, this has all been covered before, and you're a month late to my roast. I am not trying to start this whole knock down drag out fight again, which is why I am copying and pasting a mods reply on the topic.

Ok, a couple of things.
1 -
Durandofett did NOTHING wrong. If you choose to buy a lithograph or
some lithographs, frame them and put them on your wall, great, we hope
you enjoy looking at them. If you choose to try to resell them
immediately or later down the road hoping to make a profit, great. Heck,
if you choose to buy them, get them home and tear them up as hampster
cage filler, that's up to you (I think this is a terrible waste of some
excellent art, but they belong to you once you buy them). There are
limits on items placed by the store, but what customers do with their
items (as long as it is not illegal) is just fine.
2 - I had a
bunch of complaints from people that Durangofett was trolling the
thread. Well, the reason he/she was is the abuse he/she took from the
other posters here for doing nothing wrong. Yes, maybe he/she took a
little too much pleasure in your all 's discomfort in how they were
reselling their lithos, but your name calling and accusations we
uncalled for.
So to Durangofett and all the other people involved in this with them, behave yourselves.

Pretty disheartening to see 9 listings on ebay already for Miranda and Legion lithos.
And several from the same person no less. So much for the 1 per person limit.
One guy has at least 4 each, if you count the 3 packs.

Should be pretty easy to check if multiple orders are being shipped to the same address from multiple accounts. It may not be wrong to do what you want with what you order - but the 1 per person limit should be enforced, one would assume.
Send it to madre's house, send it to grandma's house, send it to friend's house, send it to... well, you get the point. Next time feel free to use mine!

But why if some members here have legitimate family members (e.g. siblings living in the same house) that may also want to order the same litho?
I think a more fair way, is to see and not allow multiple store accounts that are using the SAME credit card (and subsequently that has the same name, especially to prevent a person from using different credit cards but with the same name, to create multiple store accounts) or paypal account.
They could take this a step further, and make sure the associated name on the paypal account isn't the same as the credit card. This could help prevent someone from creating two accounts, one with a CC and the other with a paypal account.

Just curious though, is there a restriction right now limiting 1 litho per address?
Valcutio- I'm just saying that if I wanted to, I could easily send lithos to about 15 different places around here. I'm sure that the people abusing the system (if they are) are using multiple credit cards (all under the same name) and if there is an address restriction, sending it to different places. Could be wrong.

rizen33- Excellent idea. I know a group of 4 guys who live in the same house and they are all equally obsessed with Mass Effect. I'm sure that any of the members writing in this thread would love to volunteer to spend an extra hour checking credit card names, etc. (No sarcasm.)

Yea, I can relate. My brother and I are both gamers and huge Bioware / ME fans.
