I've had mine shipped, and I'm in the UK. Not here yet though, but tali, thane, and grunt just arrived while i've been on bioware social. Good luck to anyone who missed them before.

My order has not shipped as well, but I have a slight issue. My entire family (myself included) is going on vacation to Orlando from the 19th to the 23rd. I really hope it doesn't ship then, because I wouldn't have anyone to pick it up.

@Zocoyotzin

I believe there is a form you can fill out to have the USPS hold your mail at the office until you return. Just a thought.

That sounds like something I should do, but how exactly would I go about that? Do I have to wait until the actual order ships? Or is it something I can work out with the Bioware Store?

The post office will just hold all of your mail. It's not package specific.

I was informed that the second release was today, just curious, as I've already got mine, but was it moved?

Just received mine today. Legion looks just as awesome as the website picture looked. Miranda surprised me though. I wasn't too keen on her from the website picture but she looks WAY better in person. What's been posted on the forums doesn't due her litho justice at all IMO.

Hi Everyone - Quick update singles will be on Friday. There will be in a limit per customer it will either be 1 or 2.

Is this going to be west coast friendly? Your usual release time is before we even get out of work.

I wish the Bioware store would use FedEx or UPS. USPS is the worst.

Wait... they changed the packagaing again? How is it different? They raised prices specifically for the new packaging for lithos (fully enclosed box, lithos in plastic sleeves and cardboardbetween each litho). Is that not the case now?

I have to agree Crjans. I don't understand why they don't just keep the old styrofoam and cardboard method. I never had a damaged lithograph when they used that system. I suppose it was probably more expensive to ship, but who cares? I'd rather pay a few extra dollars for peace of mind.

Isn't expedited shipping UPS?

It probably is, but the new packaging allows the corners to become damaged very easily.

Agreed, completely.  It's true, overall, there's now much more protection for the lithos, BUT, the corners of the lithos, are now much more signficantly suceptible to damages.  Since the new packaging, I had quite a few lithos arrived damaged, again specifically only the corners.  For me anyways, this had never occured once, with the old packaging.

I admit a couple of my character lithos have had slight corner damage with this method, but my Tali was PERFECT. Honestly it's the first time any litho from the Bioware store I have ordered was not damaged.

do you guys report or return lithos that have damaged corners? I've had my fair share, but I've kept them since it's not too noticeable when framed

From my experience personally, most lithographs I have gotten have had only slight bends in the corners. However, none of them I have been too concerned with and they were easily covered by the frame. Actually I just got Miranda and Legion recently and they have slight bends but nothing that a frame won't cover. So long story short, for me the only way I would return them if they had a huge tear or some other noticeable flaw.

It doesn't matter who the carrier is, problems are going to happen.  I've had several significant issues with every carrier over the years.  You could ship these lithos suspended in a biotic field inside of a steel box and USPS/FedEx/UPS are sure to find a way to mess it up.  Some of them even see it as a challenge (an old FedEx carrier's words, not mine).
And thank god for those new polybags.  Our carrier left a Tali litho sitting in the snow last week.  Image IPB

100% agreed.

ANYWAY.  To hop back on topic... I'm so excited for Miranda/Legion!  I had to miss out during the first release because I was too poor, but I saved up since then, LoL.  Here's hoping I can score both tomorrow.  Fingers crossed!

Trust me, when you live in the city that is consistenly ranked the #1 worst USPS  in the country, it matters who the carrier is. ;) I'm not saying they all don't screw up, but I challenge you to live in Chicago and say it doesn't matter a year later, lol. Having said that, I do think it's typically regional as to which of the big three is the worst for a particular customer.

Actually I lived in Chicago up until october of this year and never once have I had a serious damaged lithograph arrive. Maybe I was just lucky?
