Speaking of D&D, I really wonder why still nobody seems to work on a D&D4 game.
That system looks definitely interesting enough that I would like to see it in action.

To be honest (and I do plan to get Baldur's Gate and BG2) I find DAO is good as is, and I would probably not like it if it became more like D&D, as suggested by Gecon.
I would LOVE it if it were more like d&d. But not this "new" bs d&d.

For anyone that hasn't played BG1 or BG2 (and if you haven't then you are guilty of the blackest heresy), you may be interested to know that GOG has knocked 3 bucks off each in their Xmas sale. They have a bunch of other classic RPGs as well.
Atari's new Neverwinter game will be the first 4E CRPG.

Possibly due to the nature of the class system in Baldur's Gate 2, where diffrent classes got you diffrent stronghold quest. That's in no way the only reason, but I figure it factors in.
Another may be simply the size of the game. It took me around a year to beat BG2, while just a few months to beat Origins.

Having played it on table top, I can say it isn't bad, but 3.5 was way better.Gecon wrote...
