I know this question has probably been answered many times but havent seemed to find any clear answer so far. I have all the dlc installed at the moment including awakening. I have just finished Dragon age origins. If I delete wardens keep can I load my origins character accross if he is not using any wardens keep equipment or will I have to start a new character altogether to avoid any glitches?

Not sure 100%. You're definitely going to want to make sure that no Warden's Keep equipment is in your inventory either. In fact, the party chest in Warden's Keep will probably have to be completely emptied and if you REALLY want to be safe you should junk/destroy (not just sell) any Warden's Keep specific items before transferring over.
