 Ok so this might be somewhat of a silly topic but there are a few instances in DA:O where NPCs describe the environment or their situation as something it's not or at least appear to be.  I'll cite a few examples.

1. The elven maid in the Arl of Redcliffe's estate in Denerim.

"I beg your pardon ser, but I really can't be seen standing about, the housekeeper will have my head!  Good day."

5 min later... still standing about.
10 min later... still standing about.

2. The Crow Merchant in the Market District

"If you're here to buy something, feel free.  If not move along, too many refugees blocking customers.

Refugees?  Yes I know people are fleeing the darkspawn but.... where are they?  

Can we hope for more "realistic" environments in DA2?  For instance, if an area is supposed to be crowded with refugees, will it be crowded with refugees?  Will maids do anything (sweep the floor, dust, walk around at least)?
