I have never experienced this particular problem before.

When my PC and party are given a quest or ann update the entry is not made to the journal. Other actions happen as they should such as the player receiving some items and cash and the quest ID is updated properly, because other characters react accordingly. The only problem is that their are not initial or updated journal entries.
This was working fine two days ago.

I have no idea what would prevent the journal entry if the the quest ID is updated and other actions are executing correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you convert your module to a campaign? If so then you need to move the journal entries from the module journal to the campaign journal.

A simple rule of thumb for troubleshooting ANY problem is start with the last or last couple of changes you made. No matter if it's your car, your computer, your scripts or your recipe for making great tabouli, check the last change you made or the last thing you did and more than likely, you're going to find it.

Glad to hear it was something easy to target, though.
