tech support has been useless.

I am runing Windows 7 64 bit and a Geforce 240 gt with one meg ram.

ME2 will NOT play without Adobe Air installed. Adobe Air won't install. It just says an error ocured but no description.
Tech support said to change something in the registry--but it was NOT there.

Is there a work around?

It's beinning to look like I threw my money down the drain.

I'll never buy.download anything from Impulse ever again. I'll stick to Steam.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Have you tried manually downloading Adobe Air from their website and installing it? Instead of letting the installer try and install it.

Yes. I've tried several different ways of trying to install it. As administrator, from the cmd prompt, as Vista, as XP, etc.

One meg RAM? Don't you mean gig? And is that VRAM or system RAM? If it's VRAM, that's irrelevant and you still need to post how much system RAM you have. If it's system RAM you don't meet the system requirements.

Sorry. I have a quadcore system with 6 gigs of ram. The video card it a GT 250 with one gig of ram.
