The more I listen to it (and we only have that one line really to go on) the more I think it sounds more like Steve Valentine. Probably just wishful thinking from me.

Bioware has said that the facial animations havent been put in yet since if they want to change something up, they dont want to bother doing the facial animations all over again. 

Apparently its one of the last things put in a game.

I can't wait to find out who Lady Hawke's Voice actor is! From the feedback I heard from people who played the demo, she was really good (and yes, she had a British accent). But seriously? Everyone on these forums had Boulton pegged for some time now. I'm convinced the bioware community should be hired as a private investigation team.

This just in: Actors are capable of playing a variety of wildly different roles in different media.  More at 11.

FFS he even played the nice, perfectly reasonable, honorable Templar guy in Lothering.
