Hi,
I while ago I bought Mass Effect and tried to run it in on my PC,
I registered in accounts.bioware.com my typical username (Jotamide) and after
stuggling a lot, since it wasn't running properly in my computer I decided to
return my copy to the store. Then I deleted the key from the account
and closed it. Now a couple of months later I now have a better computer and
after seeing a deal on the game at eastore.ea.com I decided to buy it again and
give it a try.
The problem is that this time I'm trying to register with
the same old name, but it says it's not possible since I previously closed it.
Can it be possible to "lift the ban" on the name so I can register with it
again? If you are wondering whether I'm a banned user, that account was used for
less than 2-3 days and I didn't post in any forum in a bad manner, or was
spamming on them. Hope you can help me with this.
PS: I tried mailing accounts@bioware.com. Mailed them twice, it's been a week and I haven't heard anything back from them.
PS2: I tried registering it with my EA Account, didn't work.
PS3: I don't know where else to ask for help:(
Can't register in accounts.bioware.com

This is an issue with a bioware website, not an EA website.

OK, ignore my "email EA" comment, and read the first sentence of the forum description. This is for user-level tech support for the game, not the forums. Apatr from emailing Bioware again, and waiting patiently for an answer, theres not much else that can be done from this end.
