Created a Bioware Social Network account.
Entered my CD key and
Collector's Edition codes.
Then I was instructed to create an EA account.

Now I cannot
log in to my BSN Account as it states I am already logged in to my EA
account - and as both use the same email (axialbloom@gmail.com)
this causes a login loop (states an error "this email is in use" when asking for "further information") and renders my
Downloadable Content inaccessible.

I can still log in in-game and my achievements appear to be uploading - but I cannot access any of the items that I have redeemed all my collector's edition codes on. I cannot log in to my Bioware Social Network account at all.

I sent a help request to EA and was told I would have a response within 24 hours. That was several days ago.

I tried to use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the Bioware Social Network site - but where it says in big red letters "fill in the form provided" there is no form.

So I have created an entirely new account with a different email purely for the purposes of posting on these forums requesting help for my locked out account and redeemed codes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My account continues to upload achievements and screenshots from within the game. So I know my account is working somewhere in there. I just wish I could access the account and all the Downloadable content I paid for.

Does anyone know of a more direct method for contacting Support? I've been sitting on this email with no response from EA or Bioware for quite some time now
