When loading saved games some times none of my characters weapons load they are unarmed. I also noticed that the blood powers you get from drinking the potion in Soldiers Peak have disapeared from my spell book as well.

What system are you playing this on?



When you say they are unarmed, are they just lacking weapons, or are they completely naked?



Is there anything else that seems to be missing?



When you say this happens "some times" I assume that means that if it happens, you can immediately reload the same saved game and it will NOT be an issues?

Hello I have had a similar problem many of my items obtained in DLC including the blood mage powers from drinking the potion have disappeared. I loaded some of my older saves and they are missing from there now too, It is very frustrating please help.

I am also getting this problem, my rogues offhand weapon has gone missing and reloading saves do nothing to help.. just checked and im also missing half my fricken DLC equipment to.

What is being done about this?  i dont wanna continue without my gear

Mine isnt just DLC equipment, but also normal equipment picked up in the game..

I do not have the tool set either. As far as I can tell my items where gained from the DLC.

all the DLC gets corrupted. suspect it is something to do with getting disconnected from the server. there are dozens of posts, even a youtube clip

Some DLC equip is loading but in the inventory instead of being on char.  Also missing other items, plus Soldiers Peak has disappeared entirely.

Make sure youre logging in/authenticating before loading the game.

I believe it's all items related to the wardens keep quest and stores, -at least it has been for everybody else that's reported this bug in the past week.

Personally I didn't notice it until I returned to camp from some other quests to redistribute some items between my party. Wondering if I had placed the items in the keeps chest I opened the map, only to find the location missing. Wondering if the stone prisoner DLC was bugged as well I tried to talk to shale, only to get teleported out of the camp.
While I’m not 100% certain I believe all these issues are related.

Most other users reporting either of the above issues on here have later discovered to be affected by the other(s) as well.

For the record all my savegames after having completed the keeps quest are affected (and no it doesn't matter how I try to log-in or load the game).

I have the same problem.



When I was in Redcliff I started to notice that my blood magic poweres I got from Soldiers Peak were not working any more. Reloading the game sorted that, but then I found all the codex entries from the peak were gone, the armour I got had gone missing (leaving poor Sten naked), at my party camp the guy that asks you to go to soldiers peak (sorry, can't remember his name) is there again. Talking to him just does the same discussion you have when you first talk to him and he acts like you've never been to the peak before. Travelling there I found the place empty but the guy who follows you around still acts like its our first time there.



Also I can't speak to Shale properly, whenever I try to I just get the initial conversation where you try to activate him for the first time. That fails and the conversation ends and I'm left standing a long way off where I had been.

Yup, it's the same issue.

There's quite a few thread about these errors, but no solution in sight.
There's a large thread specifically about the Shale glitch here btw: http://social.biowar...58/index/140672

It's been around a week since I first heard about the glitches so I'm a bit disappointed that Bio haven't made any announcement regarding this. But at least they've taken notice now...

It's most likely related to the authentification servers as it happens to both patched and unpatched installations.

Anyone found a way around this? I will use Shale for example alot in my next playtrough and most likely use the wardens armor on myself.



Dont want to get the game Fu*ed up after 40 hours of gameplay.

Having the same bug... the Meteorite longsword vanished (I need that 3 Enchantements weapon + the final reason and Winn Staff (which I got on the tower). Reloading an older save worked at least...
