I was in the mage location. When I finally met Allistair he had all his warden Armour missing

Is there a way to get it back?

EDIT: now that  I look, Warden's keep is missing from the map, but the quest is in my complete log. Looks like I'll have to replay all of mage tower

I've can't see the second two blood powers now, but I have not lost any items yet....

I have been testing in the toolset, but always clear the export folders, and make sure that my test modules are not enabled when I play the main campaign....Its been too many playing hours now since they disappeared and I don't really want to go back to an old save....hopefully this will be fixed in a patch before I start another character

Well I've heard there are some issues about the dlc...if you want to use it then you must be logged to your profile...on the main menu there is a login button right on the lower left screen...so you must have an active connection and must be logged in in order to acces the dlc...its a kind of drm I know don't get upset...if you really want to play without loging in then you must have no internet connection at all...if you have internet connection then the drm activates and doesn't let you play with your dlc unless you login...

That's not the problem. You can be logged in fine and items from Warden's Keep and the Stone Prisoner just disappear at random.

Being logged in isn't the problem for me, as I have been logged in the whole time playing. Things just disappear.

Just happen to me aswell. All the DLC items + the peak itself has gone puff.

Befor it happen i was doing 1 shot hits on the final battle as i entered redcliff village. Really really odd.



After that moment i entered redcliff castle area and all the item were gone. Sten was naked to...



I tried reloading my savegames but that didnt help one bit, items were still missing. =(

Today, Alister lost the armor and sword he got from Warden's Keep. After several attempts at loading various saved games, his equipment finally reappeared on the most recent save. I was logged on the entire time.

Same happened to me. Always logged in fine at the beginning, but during the game constant moans about "cannot connect to servers", but main menu in DAO always says logged in.

Now Levi the quest giver is back in camp; and the quest is advertised as new, looks like it reset?

Looks like this DLC is bugged.

The DLC item disappearing act just happened to me as well, although I fixed it by logging out, and then in again.

Although, when I logged out, it was complaining that my DLC's weren't authorised (a frequent problem of mine.. For some reason the Content Updater service won't automatically start with Windows)



I started up the Dragon Age: Origins Content Updater, and my items showed up again ingame.

I'd suggest try restarting the content updater.

Oh I didn't knew that was a bug. Well Morrigan lost her staff while I was in Orzammer. Suddenly, I noticed she didn't carry anything on her back and her staff was gone. Reloading the savegame didn't work. I don't quite remember what I did but thinking I must have sold it accidentally and that anyway, I found better staff so I equiped her with better gear and that was all.
Now, it my mage's staff that just disappeared at the Anvil of the Void during a fight against golems, I was fighting and this was going pretty well and the staff just went to Oblivion. Reloading an elder save didn't solve the problem.

And NO, I didn't tinker it with the toolset for I don't have the toolset and YES, I've been connected all along. (And I find it pretty insulting to have to keep connected to use the DLC by the way. I'm a fracking honest custumer, I've paid my game, why the frack does it have to stay connected to allow me to use it?)

Anyway, this is driving me mad right there.

Same problem here the weapon made of the star metal has disappered along with wardens keep. I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate purchased the game through steam. Although this seems like a massive DLC glich that transends OS platforms.

Oh well, I've found a way to make my staff reappear, it seems. I quited the game, relaunched it. Save that the updater service wasn't started, so I had to start it again manually (why, why, why on earth does that thing have to be started so we can enjoy the included DLC? I don't give a damn to see my progress in the game on a page riddled whith bugs and not that usable and I don't like being considered as a thief). I reloaded another save made well before the one, the staff was there again, I reloaded my latest save and there was my missing staff. Anyway, this is quite strange...

The answer is that if they didn't have that requirement then the DLC could be pirated more easily than anything. You have to be logged into EA to prevent someone from posting a link to a "dummy" EA account with the DLC installed.  If it only checked when you first got on then people could log in with the dummy account download the DLC and play it for free forever.  Being connected may be an annoyance perhaps, but no one is making you use the DLC. If it bothers you so much you can disable it and never buy any more from them...

WEll then I don't have any other ideas...but I've heard that if you start the game offline...without interet connection at all it might solve some problems...someone tried that yet? sorry if someone just posted he did right above me...in my country it is very late and I am very tired...

Soldiers Peak dissapeared off my map completely.. Taking with it Allistar's armor...I found him naked in his nightmare in the fade lol. Going back to an old save didnt help.

I found the quest giver to soldiers peak in my camp so I tried to restart the chain...when he took me to the peak the vendors and all the loot I had stored is gone. The place is still cleared out so I cannot re do it  
Everything to do with the keep except the keep itself is gone...anyway I can fix this? I'd love to get back all the gear I stored and the armor from the boss for my tank.

I feel pretty defeated now will all the armor and gear I had stored gone. I was planning on buying some nice gear from those vendors in the peak damn it.

Does anyone know where the saves are stored by default? I was hoping making a back up of my progress so far would save me from having this happen again.

I have had the same thing happen to me just now. Alistar is naked in camp, Soldier Peak gone and Dryden in camp. I took Dryden quest only to discover everything in the Peak is already dead and it is now a ghost town.



I did not however get credit for fininshin that quest when it was first done so maybe that had something to do with it.



I am a good ways through the game and I am less than pleased at this development.
