The incisor was not in vanilla ME2, only the deluxe edition (...although other acquisition opportunities came later), which leads me to speculate that maybe this is not, in fact, a ME2 weapon being reused in another title, but the other way around; a bonus item out of Not-ME-Game-which-has-been-in-development-longer-than-we-thoughtTM, kind of like the Blood dragon armour.

Oh man, it's good there's supposed to be other locations in the trailer, because we probably kinda just spoiled a pretty cool shot in the trailer for anyone who reads this thread. I'd almost feel bad if I didn't feel so bloody giddy about knowing for sure on Saturday.

Well that could mean multiple characters. And I'd rather have the old ones. 

So would I, but since there can be Shepards who kill off their entire Squad, there will have to be at least a couple of new Maties.
And different locations don't necessarily mean NPC-exposition. The trailer could easily just show Shepard on a couple of in-game locations. Imagine Earth, Thessia, Palaven and that weirdly named Salarian Homeworld I can never remember.

It's somewhere between Feros and Tuchanka, I think. In any case, it's probably neither.

Fill the streets with enough rubble and anything looks like Tuchanka. Neither Feros nor TUchanka have delicate Victorian-esque Iron-fences like what we see at the bottom of the pic. That much I'm sure of.

Well, he redirected a locked thread into this one, so Bioware doesn't seem to be too worried about this particular leak. Anyway, I don't know that there is much they can do and it's only two more days, so it seems smart to not worry about it. People have been guessing ME in London since the SIS clue 8among other things). So now the question is what other places we might see in the trailer.

I think that we will see Palaven and Thessia. Maybe some other cities on Earth too, perhaps Washington and Moscow. I'd love to see a mediterranean city in the future though, like Rome or Athens.

Mass Effect art and X-hair styling. Obviously this is just speculation, but it looks like a new ME title reveal. Can't wait until Saturday!

The people in the photo pretty much confirm it. Look at their appearance and observe under detail... Their hair, dress, even their look. Definately Mass Effect related, and heavily thought of as the final installment.

Looks like a Cerberus Scientist outfit that we see a couple of scientists in ME2 wearing. That insignia is definately the same color as the Cerberus insignia.
