Well, on first glance, it looks like a pedestal with an urn on top to me . . . .
when I zoom it up to 400%, it does, indeed, look like hands . . . and a very skinny body wearing a robe . . . with a large, urn like head.
Whatever it is, I think it needs to die.
What do you think this is?

Except for that whole, "it's gigantic" thing, I'd say it looks like one of the new darkspawn emissaries. Maybe a statue of one? Or one that grew up big and strong from always having a wholesome breakfast of tainted cereal-- Blighties! The cereal of alphas everywhere....

At first glance I got a bit of a "Bride of Frankenstein" vibe from it.
Looking closer, there's definitely a thin, robed, figure there, but the "urn" looking object is behind the figure. The figure's head is just slightly darker than the surrounding "urn."
Along the top of the image there's these little semi-circles that remind me of cobwebs, making me think this place hasn't been occupied for a long time.
Zooming in...
The hands are definitely Emissary-like... but in the context of the rest of the scene, the hooded robe, (and heck, the sheer size) I'm not sure that's it.
To me it appears almost ghostly, which makes me think some sort of wraith or something similar. Especially when coupled with the object behind it, which to me looks like it might extend back a bit, like a sarcophagus.
