 As Follows:

Headshot Damage(Soldiers, Infiltrators): Kuwashii Visor- 10%

Damage Increase(Vanguards, Soldiers, Infiltrators): Recon Hood, Kestrel Torso Sheath, Stabilization Gauntlets-15%(10% w/o recon hood or Torso Sheath)

Weapons Ammo Increase(Vanguards, Soldiers, Infiltrators):Cerberus Assault Armor, Terminus Assault Armor, Off-Hand Ammo Pack-10%

Heavy Weapons Ammo Increase(all classes):Cerberus Assault Armor, Ordinance Packs-10%

Health Increase(all classes): N7 Helmet, Aegis Vest, Asymmetric Defense Layer, Life Support Webbing-25%(woah!)

Shield Increase(all classes): Sentry Interface, Shield Harness, Kestrel Shoulder Pads, Heavy Damping Gauntlets, Kestrel Power Pack-31%(woah. just crazy) 29% w/o Sentry Interface

I usually go for maximizing melee damage. I might alter that to maximize shield strength instead.

Regeneration Speed Increase(all classes, especially sentinel):Collector Armor, Capacitor Helmet, Capacitor Chestplate-20%(10% w/o Helmet, 10% Collector Armor)



Melee Damage(vanguard):Kestrel Torso Sheath, Strength Boost Pads, Kestrel Arm Sheathing-45% (25% w/o Kestrel Armor)



Storm Speed:Collector Armor, Inferno Armor, Terminus Assault Armor, Stimulator Conduits-10%



Power Damage(non-soldiers):Blood Dragon Armor, Umbra Visor, N7 Chestplate, Amplifier Plates-15%(10% w/o Umbra Visor)



Power Recharge(all classes):Archon Visor-5%(0% w/o)

On my current shotgun engineer playthrough, i am using any piece that enables me to get into cqc range or cover more effeciently. My armor is as follows:

Capacitor helmet: -10% shield recharge delay

Amplifier plates: +5% power damage  ( EDIT: i was using the off-hand ammo pack, spare ammo +10%, but again i'm experiementing. )

Shield harness: +5% shields ( note: i did have the capacitor chest piece, but i'm doing a little experimenting. )

Heavy damping guantlets: +5% shields

Simulator conduits: +10% storm speed.

Any tips or suggestions?

Don't bother about armor, it won't make any difference (on Insanity). Some parts don't even work (archon visor cooldown bonus is bugged). Just wear whatever looks cool.

Combat drones are all that's needed to get into CQC range - SG Engineers rock B)

P.S. Check Sinosleeps Shotgun Engineers, who loves em? for some nice vids.

Thanks for the tip, bozorgmehr. Personally, the archon visor seemed kinda useless to me, +5% power cooldown, when your powers already had rather short cd's. Rather minimal upgrade at best.



P.S Oh, and i just posted on that shotgun engineer thread. A ton of great stuff, thanks again!
