So i bought the ultimate version which went through quality control.. with a bit missing.

So now i got a download code and used it... didnt show up return to ostalgar... and now i cant even access the servers.  Am pretty annoyed as i spent 2-3 hours trying to get what should've been put on the game to start with.

Pretty poor if you ask me.  And yes i've spent 1 hour with tech support and no game... and yes my internet is fine... as im typing this..
