It's no spoiler you could've avoided PHub88, it's the general description of the product. When you would've bought it or pre-ordered it (especially online) you would've been exposed to it anyway. So either blame EA for that, or no-one.

It's the description of the game, so it's hardly a spoiler if they're marketing the game with it. It's just giving you a general idea of what to expect. So relax.

Seriously. I knew they said they wanted to visit earth in the trilogy, but I never thought that the Reapers would attack it. I've always thought of it as some kind of end game ceremony where you meet Hacket, the president, etc... Guess I was wrong.

Guy's got a serious case of Long Island Face.  Looks my my NYC cop brother in law.

He could be British (since there is speculation that the location is London, and most people in London are British ).

If you're referring to Earth literally getting destroyed... it doesn't say that in the article (or anywhere for that matter) - the guy who first mentioned that apparently meant it as a metaphor...

The good:

-I found my optimism hat and will now go on believing that even if MP is announced it is being developed alongside the game by a seperate studio and won't affect the SP in any way.

-ME3!!

-London where I have lived for several years as imagined in the ME universe.

-Action/RPG.

The bad:

-I was really hoping they would change the colour scheme for the logo again? Weird I know, but I kinda liked how ME1 was very blue/purple and ME2 was very red/orange. Was hoping for Green/yellow or something for ME3 haha.

Anyway, I'm still not sure what to expect from the announcement.

However, there's no way to go to Earth 'cept past Arcturus Station. So if Earth is attacked, Arcturus station and the fifth and first fleet will probably already have been wiped out.

Unless Bioware reveals there's another Mass Relay to Sol other than Charon.

And were people really not expecting part of ME3 to involve forming an army/alliance from the various races you have encountered previously? The groundwork has been laid for that since ME1. I fully expect ME3 to be affected by decisions such as letting the Rachni live (or not), boxing Legion and winning Tali's trial. If there isn't I will be disappointed.
