I don't think so.  Usually in their trailers BioWare features a notable character.

Like the first-ever trailer in ME2, people didn't know until release that that geth was Legion (or didn't pick up that it was named "The Legion Trailer")

True, however if Earth is attacked before Shepard gets there, it could be showing the downfall - which could mean it's some common soldier in the field. Or it could be a squadmate. I can't wait until tomorrow though. The excitement is keeping me awake, so I can't go to bed right now.

That person is a hero. He/she deserves a medal. They've saved the lives of so many Bioware fans. He/she will be remembered, a legend.

If it's available for pre-order i will pre order on day 1. I'm confident that they'll be able to release it within a reasonable time...Although, if I don't see Tali's face I will absolutely positively cry for months. that doesn't make me sound like a sissy right?

They should if they did it last year. No reason not to if they've done it right? I'm sure the trailer will be on youtube within 10 minutes of its completion.

I will get the pre order and get the CE again. I'm sure the talimancers will get to see her face. Its the last game, so they'll most likely do so.

No, since the trailer stills we've seen so far are set in London (Houses of Parliament to be exact), I don't think the focus will be on America.

There's a teaser trailer showing about five seconds of that footage, the camera pans around the character, and as he does he looks out a broken window out to a ruined landscape.

If you look closely, it's a view of London, with the Thames river clearly seen with Westminster Bridge and Palace.

This is Earth.

His armour is a strong indication. Then there were two binary codes released that would basically spell out "Mass" and "Effect" (or something like that), and another that worked out to be the planet "Vostok", from the ME universe. Plus there are many indicators pointing that BW is creating a multiplayer system (like oh I don't know, putting out an advertisement for it).
