For a start, I think that the game will be set in London, given all those teasers about MI6 and the like, but that could just be Bioware's red herring. If it's about the invasion of Earth, then the destruction we see in the teaser will be from the Reapers, obviously. That's the easy stuff.

• That guy in the teaser is using and Incisor Sniper rifle, that's been established.
• What's important here is the codex entry for the weapon - it mentions that it is a new wave of weapons. That would imply that the special forces and secret services would have access to the rifle, and given the MI6 barcode teaser, then it's perfectly possible that this man is of that secret service. Also note that he has lighter armour than marines we've seen, so possibly he is more oriented for espionage. This could be backed up by the neutral colours of his armour and weapon, especially considering the rifle is normally blue. He definitely seems like a black-ops agent to me.
• Here, he is pointing the sniper rifle at survivors. If he is a member of MI6 working for Earth's defense he could be scoping them out. On the other hand, he could be the Saren-like figure of ME3, and is responsible for the destruction around him, and the survivors know it. He isn't going to want that information out.

Make of this what you will, I could be reading to far into it. It could be that the sniper rifle model was simply the one used because it looked cool, and they decided to design slightly different armour to keep us guessing. We'll know later today.

Ah well, maybe they'll make up for it by giving us a Geth/Quarian/Turian/Salarian/Asari/Krogan/Rachni Army. or at least give it to me. I told the Quarians not to fight geth, paragon'd Legion & Tali in their argument, Saved the Council, Had Wrex survive, and let the Rachni queen go. I want my army. 

When and where do you tell the quarians not to fight the geth? From all my playthroughs I don't remember this.

edit: only heavily implied and don't forget the crazy quarian chick who wants to enslave the geth again and now has the tools to do it (read your e-mails)

I definitely want to bring Legion to the Flotilla but I don't want my crew to die. I could avoid this by not doing Legion's loyalty quest at all but then I can't lecture Tali and Legion about the upcoming war.

Edit: Unless I do Legion's loyalty quest after the suicide mission. Will the fight between Tali and Legion still happen?

Well it's a good theory, I too was wondering what the fella was scoping but perhaps he's just observing them, but I do think Jzadek72 has a good theory. It's pretty much what I was going along with too. Who knows, we will find out innnnnn... exactly.... 14 hours.

$59.95 USD?!  Wow thats sure isn't cheap,  I wonder if its jammed packed full of content that comes in 3 CDs.  Maybe 1 CD to fully account for all the variable endings of different playthroughs.

That's the average price of any new game in the US.  PC games are $49.99 however some companies (like Blizzard) will sell them for $60.

[*]Everyone says "incisor SR" so where is the "bipod" at the end of the EXTENDED barrel? It looks more like a MADDOX AR to me, short and stubby without a scope but with an optical sight. As to what game IS it, who knows?[*]As to the spoiler ... On the Collector Ship mission right after you get the weapon upgrade and enter the "big room" the comment is "... they're going to attack Earth!" Shepard, "NOT if we stop them!" Therefore no spoiler alert required.

Yeah, and that's sad considering that a game like The Witcher 2, exclusive and not a port from consoles is available at U$44,90 on pre-order. Now I demand multiplayer if I'm gonna have to pay this much.

For all we know the teaser will start where we saw it...continue to that screen shot of the guy looking through the scope...Then we will hear the ominous Reaper sound...and the snipwer will pan the scope up...and we will see an obscured Reaper. /end trailer
