Wait, wasn't I supposed to retweet Lance Henriksen, not the other way around?

OK, is this new? It's popped up on another forum I follow.

Apparently, it might be leaked concept art, mostly of the new Normandy, with a picture of some mining planet. Whatever it is, the guy who made it is damn talented!
That's fanart.
Fanart. but I did love the creature concept! That thing looked awesome

Who cares, we're going to see Hackett in ME3.

I think this isn't an official Twitter account just a fan account maybe.

They're limiting themselves to console capabilities, which means 5+ year old tech with around the power of a 7-series GeForce. It's like trying to achieve the land speed record in a ford focus. Consoles are so underpowered at this point it's scary, heck, my X-box choked on the side-mission with the sandstorm due to being saturated with the particles.
If they want photorealism, they're seriously doing it wrong.

I'm sorry, but I find the bullet point on Bioware striving for photorealism (Through lighting no less) to be drop-down hysterical!

Because, you know, there's no such thing as scaling--such as DAO looking better on PC than the 360--or art design--like Portal 2 looking gorgeous on a seven year-old engine...
If you bothered to check the source for that bullet point, you would find that they said they were shooting for photorealism by experimenting with different lighting techniques, something which can be done with the existing engine and console limitations.
It's called context. It sort of helps.

1) Are there any consequences if your LI dies? (does the game even take that into consideration?)
2) How big will be the influence of the chars that live/die? (will it only be so when dealing with more major(as in influential to a certain story line) characters like Tali/Legion)
I think there was something about how the chars that accompany you will affect the endgame, but I seem to miss that when searching through the list...
And do you guys think that the squadie armors from the Appearance packs will carry over? I know that some of the weapons will (Mattocl ftw!

Bold would make the text a bit clutterred, though I wouldn't mind it.Jzadek72 wrote...
I was just wondering Phaedon, have you thought about putting latest updates in bold or different coloured text? It'd make it easier to find what's new.
Colour tags are out of the question, they break everytime I edit the post.
If the changelog is not enough, I wouldn't mind it.

I don't think we're going to both, it has to be one or the other. OXM France says Thessia, and Level says Illium.
Maybe it is both, but I highly doubt it.

Does anybody else think there might be some confusion about Thessia and Illium?

What about if you put dates on the info thats added like on the side like you do with the source?

CHANGELOG
[56] = Admirall Hackett to return, as well as Tali, from the OXM. (01/01/12)
The sources are next to every info, so I don't think there would be a problem.
Modifié par Phaedon, 01 mai 2011 - 10:04 .

Nope.
Just Illium.
But there's still a chance that we might be able to visit their homeworld, because I don't think BioWare would throw all their cards out at once.

Isn't that done by the changelog already though? I don't know, I don't want to derp the text any further by making it more complex. What I could is:
CHANGELOG
[56] = Admirall Hackett to return, as well as Tali, from the OXM. (01/01/12)

Sorry i forgot about the change log, was trying to help lol

Then YOUR particular Xbox just sucks bro, no other way to put it. My old Xbox didnt have that problem and my new one sure as **** doesnt have that problem. And Im pretty sure Im not the only one that doesnt have that problem. My theory is that the issue probably was on the user end. With the emphasis being on the user. Dont frickin make this into a "zomgpcpwnj00alln00bz" thread. Take that bull**** else where and stick with the actual topic of ME3.
And yes, by making that statement you most likely DID intend for it to be taken that way otherwise you wouldnt have put such emphasis on it.

Oh and thanks Phaedon I've been really enjoying this thread. But I have one question.
If for instance ME3 was leaked and videos of it appeared on Youtube and they contained spoliers would you put thoe spoliers in you blog or here?
And thanks one last time this has been really helpfull.
