It wasn't really confirmed though... It may have been a joke. I think you should make another list of announcements for things that may have been miss-interpreted (Thessia/Illium?) and things that may have not been serious, like this and maybe even things that would seem to be obvious but still unconfirmed like me3 in e3 (so obvious that I could bet all my money on it, plus I believe that we will get something MASSive in E 3 (see what I did there?)). This could an always interchangable (due to confirmations/announcements). A lot of the "Dev Promises" you have there may not fit there and may have to fit in the new section (like things from magazines that seem to be more speculation than fact). This may be useless though... What do you think?

Well, I don't think that we add anything that looks like speculation from magazines. But a short list of things that could be misinterpreted wouldn't be bad.

Regarding OXM UK #73, it isn't supposed to be out yet (for subscribers or otherwise). So anyone who claims to have seen it is either lying or should spill the beans already, because clearly he/she is the only to have received one early.

Oh, thought they meant the Batarian-Human-Reaper hybrid mentioned in earlier articles by that. But re-reading it, you're right!

I think it's one of the homeworlds. Similar architecture was in scans of Level magazine.
