that guy had the most lines in any game without making an appearence. He has a right by that alone to get in the game.



Altough, with him being a Alliance admiral, sworn to protect humanity and stationed at Arcturus Station. He could very well be dead by the time that trailer takes place. His 5th fleet being annihilated during the defence of the Charon relay perhaps?



But yeah, atleast give us a face to go with the voice.

There has been some confusion on other threads on the release and its is winter 2011, not summer. This podcast confirms it.

so no it isn't the average price for a new game.

I believe the first game with a $60 tag was Doom3.  It was bound to happen anyway, video game prices had stagnated at $50 for over 10 years, inflation is bound to take effect at some point.

I think Yvonne Strahovski is awesome, but Miranda Lawson really got on my ******. She was the only squadmate who died in my canon playthrough (ie one I will export to ME3).

Well, it's complicated. It ultimately depends on HOW they go about using a multiplayer component, not necesssarily just that they are. A lot of games, specifically Assassins Creed: Brotherhood and Bioshock 2 have been attempting to bring some story-based justification to multiplayer, to some success. If we started seeing 16 shepards running around a map trying to capture a flag(no relation to halo there at all...), then I'd obviously be opposed. I mean, take hearing the concept thrown out that Mass Effect would be a Bioware developed game... that happened to be a squad-based shooter? You might be a little thrown off, but they've managed to make it 100% appropriate to the material, and the same potential is here as well.

Ultimately my point is take the idea with a grain of salt, and remember this is still just a rumor at the moment - you can start your booing if it shows up
