Just because ExtremeOne is ..... extreme, that doesn't mean all renegades are bigots.

Don't be bigoted yo

Oh, and I should point out that the magazine said that there will be no new romances in ME3.

I read that if you reprogrammed the geth in ME2, it makes them a stronger faction in ME3. As expected.

This is more of a hope than speculation:

If Shep reprogrammed the Geth, they will be stronger, making the Quarians less likely to declare open war on them. However, expect a hacking attack ala the crazy Admiral.

Hope there's a way to get both Geth and Quarians on your side. Bet the Admiralty Board will have to override the Conclave before it's over.

Not to single EO out, but that's the thing that's confused me about hardcore Renegade style from the beginning. You run around insulting everyone in sight, then are mad when it limits your options?

Because you know having the Quarians and Geth go to war during the Reaper Invasion is a tactical move.

It is a wise tactical decision if you are the Champion of Ferelden.

First of all that list in PC gamer about consenqunces is purely author's guess and isn't confirmed by Bioware meaning that it doesn't mean Paragon all, Renegade none. Second what's with the Cerberus works with Reapers - major spoiler. Seriously? People consider that a major spoiler? I guess to be expected is that Cerberus is trying to kill you out of jealousy while the apocalypse is taking place. Besides it's gonna be much more complicated than that.

A few questions for readers of PC Gamer... someone stated that Tali is confirmed to be PERMA-squadmate, is this true? And, another person stated the article (or its pictures) hinted that we may get to use a knife in combat. Is this true? And finally, does the article say anything about the rumored ground reaper? Please elaborate...

Wait a minute:

1. Cerberus is now the enemy.
2. The Normandy 2 is now an Alliance ship.

What, no more dancing Kelly Chambers? Say it isn't so.

I hardly see Kelly on a manhunt on you. Just because Normandy is in possesion of the Alliance at the start doesn't mean you won't have a crew.

PC Gamer Info (there is more from other users)
"Every weapon from the last game returns."
"One of them (the new husks) is a hideously bloated pregnant Asari, her gums stripped away and a robot skeleton showing through her rotten flesh."
"The Reaper's take on the Rachni... are covered with bulging sacks(?) of lesser creatures. Rather than hitting their weakspot... you want to avoid it... bursting any of these sacks(?) before the creature is dead will release a swarm of horrible mini-Rachni..."
"One Reaper creature (ground Reaper?) draws life force from anything that dies near it."
"You can't let the Quarians destroy themselves trying to retake their homeworld from the Geth because you need at least one of the two factions to help you against the Reapers."
"So your mission takes you to the Salarian homeworld, the Quarian homeworld, the Asari homeworld (what did I tell you!) and the Human homeworld- Earth (no s*** Sherlock). You'll even go to Mars..."
"Ashley, Kaiden, Liara Garrus and (newly confirmed) Tali are full time members of your team if they survived the previous games."
"...there will be no new love interests..."
There's a whole, too long paragraph about ME3 having some sort of "Loyalty Missions", but that they will have a different effect, your descisions within the missions count towards the squad members' war effort.

Thats about it for interesting info..

Phaedon add these... I put a lot of work into quoting these (things in brackets are not in the actual article except for the Tali thing.

I think the husk that's draining the life of other husks is the Cannibal.

U R probably right... I just really want the ground reaper... and the unnauncement of Cerberus teaming up with the Reapers kind of cancels out the possibility of there being ground Reapers (since Cerberus troops fill in that space combat wise). I wanted to fight a beetle like purple robot... You just bursted my bubble... :crying:

Life- force draining? Isn't that more of a fantasy idea, on the account that the energy from a body can't actually have any significant power? And that's hoping that they view it as energy, rather than the actual idea of "life force" used in fantasy. Small complaint, but I hope it's only used as a gameplay mechanic.

More positively, everything else there is awesome!

I'm going for gameplay mechanic, because it sounds a lot like the bonus power Reave, and it could drain health.

Nah, I think there will still be a ground-based Reaper. Don't you worry.

Not necessarily. It could use absorbed organic material (DNA like the Human Reaper example - obviously his life source) or as a fuel (ever heard of bio-fuel, it's potent). It could also use body parts, meatalic compounds as armor or upgrades.

Blah you didn't have to quote all of that...I already saved everyone the trouble by starting a thread about it (which is stickied btw)

Anyone get the French OXM for this month yet? Its suppose to have that screenshot within the new Normandy
