@CaseyDHudson I have heard ME3 will focus on Shepard's character and history more than both ME1 and ME2. Is that true? I certainly hope so.

.@FieryPhoenix7 Correct. We're trying new ways to build more of an emotional connection to Shepard's experience as we head to the finale.

It's official. ME3 will be the Holy Grail of video games.

That's what I like to hear.

In ME2 he felt so disconnected with the story, like he was a plot device, not a character.

Lair of the Shadowbroker fixed that/

I wish i remembered my Shepard but I know i did the one where my Shepard parents were Alliance members always moving from base to base. So I really do hope that Shepard background makes a differences and aint cosmetic like the 1st two games.

Well I dont know if anyone ask him, but I went head to see if imported Shepard could change Hairstyle and minor stuff to that effect. I do hope we can at least do that if they added new hairstyles into the game for New Shepards.

i hope me3 will have more then 12 squad mates due to the fact that me2 was based on building a team.
i think that friends that you have met and become team members with over the past two me games should in some way return to aid shepard in his final mission even if some are not playable in missions they should still be a part of his crew.
in me2 grunts loyalty mission grunt became his clan master or something like that so i think he should return.
zaheed should return in some way or he finally becomes the blue suns leader and aids shepard.
garrus is awesome and so is legion they should return
jack i thought was too rebal to return but who knows.
more different spieces in me3 would be awesome with new squad members that have not been seen before
wrex should be back to help hopefully
to make me really happy with me3 these things should be present in the game with lots of crew members and joker should have the same voice actor

me3 should have grunt, legion, garrus, zaheed and wrex as squad mates
and those who shepad made crew members with and "lived" in past games should be at least crew members even if they are not playable on missions
the reason i want this to happen is because this is shepards last mission and earth is in great need of help so shepard needs lots of help from strong loyal people to overcome the enemy also due to me2 being based around crew building.
also lots more hub worlds and more things to do after the end mission

Am just hoping that even if Mordin isn't a squadmate, he gets to stay on my Normandy as my full time science officer

I'd be okay with that, since it's pretty much how he was in ME2 as well.

I think, personally that your love interest (weather they are a permanent, or temporary squad mates or even just cameos) should ALL move in to your cabin. Meaning if Jacob was your love interest in ME2 (yeah right) than he will move into the Normandy even though he's just a cameo. Even better, would be the option to select a certain number of temporary squad-mates (of your choosing) to become part of your permanent squad. e.g. after Jacob's cameo, he will ask you if you have an open place in the Normandy and will move in if you say yes (you won't). You should only have 2 open slots for selectable squad mates and you should always have the option to fire your current ones. This would be extremely cool, hopefully BioWare will read this and think about it...

I hope Cerberus will be destroyed in ME3. Those ****s have already crossed the line way too much to let them run around the Galaxy like heroes.

Cerberus is beyond stupid. Can't their petty vendettas wait until after we've stopped the ancient machine race from wiping out all advanced life in the galaxy?

I'd agree entirely, but my game finished with Miranda doing all but directly telling TIM to "**** off, I'm with Shep now."

If Shepard can take over the mech, wouldn't he be forced to bring down most of its defenses in order to kill the pilot first, and then be exposed to fire because of the mech's weakened state?

In that case, I hope it has some kind of emergency eject function.

Apparently you can focus fire on the cockpit to kill the pilot. But if you do that and take the mech, anyone can have free potshots at the cockpit to get to you as you already broke it. Two-edged sword. A button to abandon the vehicle would be indeed a nice addition. Usually every game with drivable vehicles has that sort of thing.

In case it doesn't...I hope it won't be as flimsy as the Hammerhead.
