Is anyone else getting serious 'too good to be true' vibes? I'm starting to lose my excitement when there's some new cool-sounding announcement and starting to wonder how they're ever going to get all of this done in time. Talk about ambitious.
Shhh. Don't jinx us.

I'm indeed getting that vibe, but I also believe in Casey and his team immensely.Aris Ravenstar wrote...

Right now there is only one thing I need to know before I IRL start pinching myself:
Is Miranda a Temp/Cameo/Perma-squadmate
Otherwise yeah 'too good to be true' vibes are abound!

"Where is the Illusive Man physically located during the course of Mass Effect 2? What’s going on with that colorful cosmic display outside his window?
The colorful cosmic display is a clue to the location of the Illusive Man, which I can't reveal. Not yet."

yeah, I get that feeling, or at least I try to. If I'm expecting something bad, then the game might impress me more.Aris Ravenstar wrote...

Alright, but I find it funny I'm the one you warn when he's the one who got offended about my comment and started attacking it, rather than actually properly answering to what I was saying, particularly when the last post was made by me. I'm just defending myself. Anyway, I'll be out of this thread as I seem to be reminded I can't have an opinion different than the most present one after merely commenting on the news given here as I should be able to.

And maybe then we can get ExtremeOne to be quiet for a while.

Yeah, agreed I trust Casey and his team too. The vibes arent as much because of that.

THAT'S a clue? A star? Well gee, that means he could only be in ANYWHERE APART FROM DARK SPACE. I don't see how that could be a clue.Jentario wrote...
Please, TIM is definately coming back as an enemy... Don't start with stupid speculations. BioWare will have an excuse, if they didn't Cerberus just wouldn't have been an enemy... There is no WAY, TIM isn't going to be an antagonist. Especially because of this:

Doesn't hurt to add it as a somewhat popular rumour, though.Jentario wrote...

Actually, you can see a red and blue star near each other from one of the planets in ME1.

This would be more about the Miranda fans (whom ExtremeOne does NOT represent)...although you bring up a good point.
Thing is he/she would still be made at Cerberus being our enemies
Oh well

I merely had it written as "you and Phaedon" instead of "you and Evil Johnny 666" simply because yours was the most recent comment.
It's perfectly fine to have differing opinions, that's why we're all here. But when debates become more personal and conflicted, such a two way conversation is more suited to PM rather than threads,

Likewise. It's becoming a bit overwhelming. One thing I'm holding onto is that ME3 has a longer development time and less graphical/game engine improvements required. I'm hoping that somehow equates to more time developing all this stuff we're hearing about! And of course all the awesome stuff we haven't heard a whiff of yet.

Although there may be some exaggerations, I wouldn't be surprised and expect 95% of these features to be true. All ME3 has to do is to include the best of both worlds and improve them to be awesome. The story will be interesting by default, based on the concept itself anyway.
Indeed.
I had few problems with ME2, and it seems like they've fixed those. Could very well be the best of the three.

She's also Matriarch Aethyta and thats more than one character.I wouldn't mind if she voices Ambassador Orinia or Lt. Abrudas, both are female turians.shnizzler93 wrote...

You think Claudia Black should voices one of dem female turians?
Oh, that'd be hawt.
Her voice is more than enough for a female turian.
While I would love that, she's already Daro'Xen, so, if this were a possibility, the turian's voice would need to be quite different. We don't need something on the vein of Nolan North spamming voices.
